The Rooms
All three of our guest rooms are ground floor rooms; however they all also have up to three steps either at the entrance or within the room .Please enquire further for more detailed access information.
Each bedroom is equipped with colour TV, tea and coffee facilities and hairdryers .We use feather and down quilts and pillows but can provide synthetic replacements for those who suffer allergies. Please advise us at time of booking so that we can have the room ready for you on arrival.
Each recently renovated bathroom has under floor heating, heated towel rail to hold the big fluffy towels and a range of toiletries for your convenience.

The Garden Room ……..is detached from the main house and independently accessed. It has a 5 foot bed and an en suite shower room. It also has a sky light, to enable you to lie in bed and study the stars! Very cosy and private. |

The Goodwood Room ……..is our split level mini suite and has a double bed with an en suite shower room. It is themed around the sporting events that take place on the Goodwood Estate each year. It is furnished with a digital TV and DVD player , tea and coffee facilities and hairdryer, overlooks the garden and is independently accessed. |
